The Professional Development Institute aims to provide adult professional courses and adult professional level programs. TEPU aims to meet the training needs of professionals mostly in African settings. It aims to offer training courses, workshops, and seminars to professionals from private sectors, and non-governmental organizations. PDI's expert, non-degree courses are designed to improve both Ethics and workplace skills, including management and leadership training. PDI aims to offer a broad range of training and education courses to private business, non-profit organizations, NGOs, government agencies and individuals. The Ethics Center within the institute will provide a comprehensive range of Ethical studies training. PDI aims to administer short-term courses in behavioral studies, Leadership Psychology, Change management, human resources management, and information technologies. The Business unit aims to offer training and exam prep courses programs which are to be announced in the future. The IT program aims to offer a variety of technology training: LMS, digital educational skills among others.

The International Center for Ethics Democracy Development (ICEDD) also known as the Ethics 's Center, is an institution dedicated to advancing the role of Ethics in Africa 's economy and governance.
